This large reversible throw is inspired by Indian kanthas which assembled ancient fabrics generally from saris. Here a new model with traditional motifs revisited in the center, framed by an ornate border, all printed using the block print method. Then the two fabrics are sewn together and highlighted by hand with a regular seam: this topstitching brings style and this unique drape. A throw to place on a bed, a bench or a sofa. Discover the delicacy of block print: the cotton is printed by hand using the ancestral Indian method. All the talent of the repeated gestures which shape the pattern using an engraved wooden stamp, each passage dedicated to a color. The sometimes irregular contours bear witness to this artisanal work, each piece is unique. The Pamir collection offers a range of delicate and luminous colors with dominant charcoal, yellow or green, punctuated by terracotta red, anise or peacock blue.
